Every year new talents surface joining the hands of new generations of Spaniards struggling to find their
place in the international arena. Some do not always have the opportunity to participate in platforms
that allow them to stand out not only in Spain, but also beyond, and sometimes they end up lost.
Spain Fresh surfaces in this context, a platform for the international promotion of the emerging art and pop culture associated with Spain. With the intent of distributing the potential of the generations born in the
70-80-90′s, SP promotes a series of events to publicize work of these young people fleeing the mainstream network. To create this ”Fresh Culture,” the platform conceives international cultural programs and inserts
cultural projects into several cities’ circuits in order to achieve an exchange and participation among
the public and various artists.
During the spring of 2014 and in participation with King Juan Carlos I of Spain Center, New York University,
will hold the Spain Fresh Fest. The event will feature planned events that will take place during the months of March to May 2014. Some of the greatest talents in the world of photography, video and
music will be presented and will surely conquer the New Yorker public. Some of the confirmed names?
